Extensive experience in architecture, construction, and related fields on state, national and international levels. Computer literate and AutoCAD proficient.

Self-motivated and reliant, accustomed to operating independently in directing skilled and unskilled personnel, as well as working as a member of a management team. 

Member of US Department of Homeland Security National Preparedness Coalition, Registered on the Central Contractors Registry, National Association of Government Contractors, Disaster Contractors Network, My Safe Florida Home, Federal Alliance for Safe Homes, C.E.R.T. Certified and the founder of The Emergency Response Alliance.

I am and have been functioning as a General Contractor in Sarasota / Bradenton area since obtaining my state certification in 1989.   We primarily satisfy the design/build, renovation, disaster and reconstruction following fire and water damage.  To compensate for the volatility of construction in Florida,  I began to take contracts to maintain a steady income.  With a full partner to run our company here in West Central Florida I am  permitted the flexibility to take on contract assignments.                                                           Prefer 1yr renewable or project duration contracts.
